So, as I got into the week, I realized, I was sorely under prepared! Thinking this would be an easy task to make buddha bowls for myself for every meal was good in thought, but easier said than down. I ended up going hiking for 2 days, missing out on buddha bowls for both, and came back feeling like I failed my first challenge. But over all it was a good lesson.
So what did I learn: Planning is key! And failure on the first try does not mean failure over all. You have to be realistic and cannot expect perfection. Perfection is not sustainable. Let’s be real, you can’t jump into something that changes many parts of your day with no plan and expect success.
So my plan: I have grocery shopped, picked out a fews recipes that will be easy to mass produce for my week (I don’t have time to cook every meal, and I am sure some of you don’t either), and have a plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
After all, a goal without a plan is just a wish.
So I am going to do some meal prepping tomorrow and keep you updated with the plan.
